King Abdulaziz University Scholarship 2025–2026 Fully Funded
The KAU is offering fully funded scholarships for international Master’s and PhD students to study in Saudi Arabia. This scholarship includes all academic and living expenses, no application fee & provides 700 to 1,900 SAR per month. The deadline for applying is 31 October 2025.

Eligibility Requirements
- Be international students (non-Saudi nationals)
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree for a Master’s and a Master’s degree for a PhD
- Have a minimum GPA of 3.75 out of 5 or equivalent
- Be under 35 years old for PhD applicants and under 30 years old for Master’s applicants
- Submit proof of English proficiency (TOEFL/IELTS)
- Provide two academic recommendation letters
- Be medically fit and have a good academic background
- Not receiving another scholarship in Saudi Arabia
