KOICA Scholarship 2025 Fully Funded
The Korea International Cooperation Agency provides this scholarship to support international students pursuing Master’s and PhD degrees at leading universities in South Korea. This Scholarship covers all living expenses & tuition fees. Applications must be submitted by 31 July 2025.

Eligibility Criteria
- Be a citizen of a KOICA partner country (e.g., Pakistan etc.)
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree for Master’s and hold a Master’s degree for Ph.D. students.
- Be under 40 years of age
- Have at least 2 years of work experience (preferably in the public sector or development field)
- Be in good physical and mental health
- Show a strong commitment to return and contribute to your home country

- Copy of passport
- Academic transcripts and degree certificate
- Personal statement and study plan
- Letter(s) of recommendation
- Proof of work experience
- Medical check-up form (KOICA format)
- English proficiency proof (required by the chosen universities)
How to Apply
- Check the KOICA official website
- Choose your preferred university and program from the list authorized by KOICA.
- Collect and complete all required documents.
- Submit your application to the Korean Embassy
- If shortlisted, you might be called for a test or interview.
- Final selection is made jointly by KOICA and the university.
