Lieutenant General Aamer Riaz, Hilal-e-Imtiaz (M) was commissioned in a Distinguished Battalion of Frontier Force Regiment in 1984. The General is graduate of Command and Staff College, Quetta and National Defence University, Islamabad, holds the Master Degree in Science & War Studies from Quaid-e-Azam University, Islamabad and Diploma in Defence and Strategic Studies from University of Malaya, Malaysia. His varied Command, Staff and instructional experience includes Brigade Major of Independent Mechanized Brigade Group, Commanding Officer of Frontier Force Regiment, Chief of Staff, Commander Independent Infantry Brigade Group, General Officer Commanding of Division and Commander of two different Corps. On the instructional side, he has been on the faculty of School of Infantry and Tactics and Command and Staff College, Quetta. He remained President of National Defence University, Islamabad from December 2018 to October 2019.

Major General Hafiz Masroor Ahmed, (Retd) has an experience of 34 years in Pakistan Army. From 2004 to 2005.He served as the United Nations Military Observer in Sierra Leone. He also served as the Staff Officer in the Pakistan Task Force in Saudi Arabia from 1990 to 1991. He remained the Force Commander for the United Nations Operation in Côte d'Ivoire (UNOCI) from 2014 to 2015. As Brigadier, he commanded an Infantry Brigade, served as Director in Military Intelligence Directorate, GHQ and served as Chief of Staff at an important Corps Headquarters. Major General Hafiz Masroor Ahmed was also the Force Commander of an Infantry Division in Gilgit-Baltistan region of Pakistan. He holds Postgraduate degree in Defence & Strategic Studies and War Studies from the National Defence University of Islamabad and the Balochistan University, respectively. He is also a Graduate of the Command and General Staff College of Fort Leavenworth in the United States. He is the founding member and Head of Center for Global & Strategic Studies. He has represented Pakistan in many national/international Conferences. He also supervises all the national/International collaborations of CGSS. He is also the Member of think tank platform network of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.

Raja Muqsit Nawaz Khan is Additional Secretary at Supreme Court Bar Association of Pakistan. He is an advocate of Supreme Court and is one of the best Lawyers in Pakistan on Criminal Law. Raja Muqsit Nawaz also has extensive expertise in international law. Furthermore, he is a regional connectivity expert.

Mr. Ashfaq Ahmed Gondal retired as the Federal Secretary to the Government of Pakistan. He served as Secretary in the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting. He remained Chairman Pakistan Television Cooperation/Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation and Director General Radio Pakistan.
He also remained Principle Information Officer to the Government of Pakistan.
He also remained Press Counselor, Pak High Commission to India, New Dehli for three years.
He also has a unique honor of serving as Press Secretary with six Prime Ministers of Pakistan
He is an expert of strategic studies and has deep knowledge and expertise on Eurasian region.

Brigadier Mansoor Saeed Sheikh has served in Pakistan Army for 35 years. During this period he performed meritoriously at highly cherished command, staff and instructional appointments. He has had the honor to serve Pakistan twice through foreign assignments. He served Pakistan on external borders as a diplomat and achieved valuable experience through extensive travels abroad. He is a seasoned management executive with extensive experience in creating, developing and skillfully executing strategic plans. He has also been awarded SITARA-I-IMTIAZ (MILITARY) by the President of Pakistan for his commendable service. After retirement, he decided to establish his own business. Prof. Dr. Shabbir Ahmed Khan is the Director of Area Study Centre, (Russia, China & Central Asia) University of Peshawar, Peshawar, Pakistan. He has various research publications in HEC recognized Journals to his credit. He also translated Noor Sultan Nazarbayov, Kazakh President's Book "V Patok-e- Istoriie" Almaati 1999, from Russian into Urdu "Kazakhstan Tareekh k Ayenai Main" published by Lok Virsa Islamabad in 2002. He has taught various courses to M.Phil and Ph.D students. He has participated and organized several national and international Conference and Seminars.

Mian Abdul Rauf is a widely acclaimed legal professional having profound knowledge and expertise in the legal issues involved on Commercial, Civil, Constitutional, Criminal, Banking, International Commercial/Investment issues, HR, IRs, Labor and Services which distinguish him from his contemporaries and fellow lawyers. On January 9, 2015, he assumed the office of the first Advocate-General Islamabad. The Government of Pakistan also assigned him the additional charge of the Prosecutor-General. He had also been the first Chairman of Islamabad Bar Council and also headed the prosecution team of Islamabad in the Islamabad High Court and the Supreme Court of Pakistan.

Prof. Dr. Asif Ali is the Vice-Chancellor of MNS University of Agriculture, Multan which is a chartered and fast growing agriculture University, envisioned to "provide systems and leadership in professional learning, research and outreach. Dr. Ashraf has more than 27 years of research experience in water resources development and management in arid and semi-arid areas and has a proven record of over 100 national and international research publications. During his professional career, he worked for the integrated management of water resources, particularly surface and groundwater resources of the irrigated and dry areas, climate change impact on water resources. Currently, he is working as Chairman, Pakistan Council of Research in Water Resources (PCRWR).

Prof. Dr. Iram Khalid is Professor of Political Science at the University of the Punjab, Lahore from where she also obtained her Ph.D. on "Crisis Decision Making: A Case Study of Pakistan-India Conflicts (1950-1999)" with having an experience 23years.
She did M.Phil in International Relations (Quaid-e-Azam University Islamabad, 1994) and an M.A. in Political Science (University of the Punjab, Lahore, 1989).
She has published almost 70 research papers in reputed national and international journals. She is the author of 3 books, and 4 edited books. The most recent books are "Revisiting Pakistan's National Security Dilemma" and "Insurgency-Counter Insurgency Challenge to State Security Stability Prosperity".
She has completed projects titled on "Impact of River Diversions; People's Perception and Water Management" Funded by International Organization Action Aid, Islamabad and "Urban Security: A case study of 8 Lahore, Rawalpindi and Bahawalpur" funded by HEC Govt. of Pakistan. From Techaccess platform he also launched a Security Information and Event Management product with User and Entity Behaviour Analytics (UEBA), Cogito. The product has the capability to detect APTs using advance Machine Learning Algorithms. He was an Independent Director of Askari Bank management board, where he chaired Board IT Committee and was member of Board Audit and Compliance Committee and participant / contributor on Board Risk Management Committee. His major contribution was in conversion of board strategy into IT initiatives, policy making and establishment of strict governance with audit policies. Before providing services to Government he was at Sun Microsystems. He provided services to regional telecom operators like EtiSalat, STC etc. Financial institutions like NBAD, HB AG Zurich etc. He participated in Design and Implementation of Dubai Internet City. Lead the architecture and deployment team of the Dubai E-Government. Participated in implementation of ARAMCO SAP project. The biggest ever ERP project of that time. Performed Enterprise Security Assessments of several large regional Banks, Defence and Telco operators. Represented Global Enterprise Security Services Group that led MENA (Middle East, North Africa and Pakistan) Cyber Security Practice. He has been honoured to deliver lectures in accredited national institutions like National Defence University (NDU), National School of Public Policy Lahore (NSPP), and National University of Science and Technology (NUST).
