CGSS arranged visit of CARs delegation to Defence Export Promotion Organization (DEPO), Federal Ministry of Defense

On 20th March 2018, CGSS organized the visit of the CARs delegations to DEPO (Islamabad). The briefing started off with a short overview on products and product range details offered by the Ministry of Defense Production, introducing the different caliber of arms and ammunition of Pakistan.
The delegates then visited the arms, ammunitions and uniforms display centers at DEPO, followed by shooting on training simulator. The visit concluded with the Head of each Central Asian delegation signing the visiting books and slating their kind experiences about their enriching visit at the Defence Export Promotion Organization. All the Central Asian Republics along with Pakistan voiced their common need of developing regional dependability in terms of arms and ammunition support, and taking the initiative of collective regional security forward. The delegation was hosted by Major General Ahmed Hayat, HI (M), Chairman DEPO.
