CGSS arranged visit of CARs delegation to Federal Ministry of Information Broadcasting, National History and Literary Heritage

On 20th March 2018, CGSS organized the visit of the CARs delegations to Federal Ministry of Information Broadcasting, National History and Literary Heritage. After a brief introduction of all the delegates, Mr. Shafqat Jalil, Additional Secretary MOI talked about the role of Mass Media in Pakistan. Also, the need for training and research in the field of media was highlighted.
The Pakistan Television Corporation (PTV) in conclusion offered all the Central Asian countries 30mins each on air-time every week, for any form of information they want to broadcast in Pakistan. The Tajikistan delegation, with open-arms accepted the offer.
