CGSS Delegation visit to Ministry of Economic Development & Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan, Dushanbe, Tajikistan

On 28th August 2018, a three member delegation from Center for Global & Strategic Studies (CGSS), Islamabad visited the Ministry of Economic Development & Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan and met the Minister Mr. Nematullo Khikmatullozoda. The CGSS delegation is headed by Major General Syed Khalid Amir Jaffery HI(M), (Retd) – President CGSS, and accompanied by Lieutenant Colonel Khalid Taimur Akram (Retd) – Executive Director CGSS and Mr. Ghulam Akbar – Senior Advisory Board Member CGSS. During the meeting, both the sides agreed to jointly work for research and development in the fields of trade and economy. This effort by both the countries will substantially increase trade volume. Furthermore, the prospects of cooperation in areas of trade, economy and investment were also examined which will further strengthen brotherly relations and well-being of the two nations.
