Visit of CGSS Delegation to Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), Government of Pakistan, Islamabad

On 6th March 2019, a delegation of CGSS headed by Major General Syed Khalid Amir Jaffery HI(M), (Retd) – President CGSS visited Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad and met Mr. Naveed Safdar Bokhari – Director General, Shanghai Cooperation Organization Division, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Government of Pakistan. Other participants of the meeting included:
a. Mr. Zahoor Ahmed – Additional Secretary, National Coordinator of Pakistan for SCO, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Government of Pakistan
b. Mr. Ijaz Hussain – Assistant Director, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Government of Pakistan
c. Mr. Ashfaq Ahmed Gondal – Former Federal Secretary of Information & Broadcasting and Senior Member Advisory Board CGSS
d. Brigadier Abdullah Khan (Retd) – Member Advisory Board CGSS
e. Lieutenant Colonel Khalid Taimur Akram (Retd) – Executive Director CGSS
The agenda of the meeting was to discuss the event management program for the upcoming International Conference on Shanghai Cooperation Organization; Future Prospects and Regional Connectivity.
