Visit of Delegation from Pakistan Study Center, Sichuan University, China to CGSS

On 24th July 2019, a delegation led by Prof. Dr. Song Zhihui – Director, Pakistan Study Center, Sichuan University, China visited CGSS and met Major General Syed Khalid Amir Jaffery HI(M), (Retd) – President CGSS. The visiting delegation was briefed in detail about the activities of CGSS and the active collaborations of CGSS with China. Prof. Dr. Song Zhihui was greatly impressed and appreciated the contributions of CGSS particularly in the Asian region and China. During the meeting, the significance of SCO and Pak-China relationship was discussed. During the meeting, both parties agreed to jointly collaborate and work to promote joint research projects on subjects of common interest particularly CPEC and exchange of relevant research documents between both organizations.
