Visit of Vice Admiral Abdul Aleem HI(M) – Director General, National Institute of Maritime Affairs, Islamabad to CGSS

On 10th January 2020, Vice Admiral Abdul Aleem HI(M) – Director General, National Institute of Maritime Affairs, Islamabad along with Commander Akhtar – Deputy Director Coordination, National Institute of Maritime Affairs, Islamabad visited CGSS and met Major General Syed Khalid Amir Jaffery HI(M), (Retd) – President CGSS. The delegation was briefed in detailed about the activities of CGSS and the initiatives undertaken by CGSS in the field of maritime affairs. It was decided that National Institute of Maritime Affairs and CGSS will continue working with more vigour and enthusiasm to promote maritime sector and maritime awareness in the country. Furthermore, Pakistan’s Naval Policy was discussed along with matters pertaining to maritime environment including maritime security, blue economy and Indian Ocean.
