CGSS organized Certificate Awarding Ceremony at University of the Punjab, Lahore

On 2nd October 2020, Center for Global & Strategic Studies (CGSS), Islamabad organized a Certificate awarding ceremony for the students of University of the Punjab, Lahore at the University.
This ceremony was organized to appreciate the contributions of these students in highlighting the positive image of Pakistan by writing articles/analytical papers during the COVID-19 lockdown period through the platform of CGSS. CGSS published their creative writings and articles at various media platforms.
During the pandemic, CGSS launched a writing program for the students to encourage them to write articles/papers where the students of University of the Punjab, Lahore took active participation and performed exceptionally well.
Prof. Dr. Niaz Ahmad Akhtar, Vice Chancellor, University of the Punjab, Lahore acknowledged the efforts of CGSS for creating healthy opportunities for the students and youth of Pakistan.
Prof. Dr. Niaz Ahmad Akhtar and Major General Hafiz Masroor Ahmed (Retd), Vice President, CGSS presented certificates to the participating students.
The ceremony was also attended by all deans of Punjab University and the CGSS management under the leadership of Maj Gen Hafiz Masroor Ahmed (Retd), Vice President, CGSS.
A total of 16 students were awarded with certificate of appreciation during the ceremony.
