Meeting of Dr. Muhammad Saleem Mazhar, Pro-Vice-Chancellor, University of Punjab, Lahore and CGSS Management with Lt Col Saad Ullah, Chargé d'affaires, Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan to Pakistan

On 2nd December 2020, Dr. Muhammad Saleem Mazhar, Pro-Vice-Chancellor, University of Punjab, Lahore & CGSS Management visited the Embassy of Uzbekistan to Pakistan and met with Lt Col Saad Ullah, Chargé d'affaires, Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan to Pakistan.
During the meeting, various initiatives were brought under discussion including various activities planned for the Regional Integration Center. It was agreed that the establishment of RIC in Punjab University, Lahore will be a significant step in enhancing Pakistan’s connectivity in the Eurasian region.
Exchange programs for students and professors of Pakistan and Uzbekistan were also brought under consideration to further strengthen people to people contact.
Lt Col Saad Ullah acknowledged CGSS efforts for enhancing institutional cooperation, particularly in the academic sector.
He further expressed his gratitude to Punjab University, Lahore for their contribution in connecting the student fraternity of both countries.
