Meeting with the Editor in Chiefs of the leading newspapers of Uzbekistan at Tashkent (Uzbekistan)

On 13th November 2017, the CGSS delegation headed by Major General Hafiz Masroor Ahmed (Retd) – Vice President CGSS and All Pakistan Newspaper Society (APNS) delegation headed by Mr. Kazi Asad Abid, Senior Vice President APNS met the leadership of the important/leading newspapers of Uzbekistan. The newspapers included both Uzbek and Russian language including “Xalk Suzi/Narodnoye Slovo“, “Parada Vostoka” and “Uzbekistan Today”.
      During the meeting/discussion it was discussed / decided that more collaboration will be carried out between the Uzbekistan and Pakistan. Print Media and CGSS will provide analysis/research material about Pakistan’s soft image, Pakistan’s Contribution to various international platforms and other bilateral issues. It was also decided that APNS will sign an agreement with the Uzbekistan Print Media for future collaboration and joint publications in both countries.
