In-House Discussion on “Taxation Reforms in Pakistan” organized by CGSS at Islamabad, Pakistan


On 7th January 2019, an In-house discussion on “Tax Reforms in Pakistan” was organized by CGSS at Islamabad, Pakistan. Keeping in view the demography, level of economic growth and existence of rural regions and urban communities in Pakistan, a progressive tax policy with efficient administration can lead to revenue and wealth distribution. The Tax Reformation in the country is need of the time. For this purpose, CGSS organized this discussion to formulate a suggestive policy paper for relevant stakeholder departments of Government of Pakistan.
