Kazakhstan Government Scholarships 2025 Fully Funded
Government of Kazakhstan offers this Scholarship for international Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Ph.D. students to study in some of the top universities in Kazakhstan. This is a fully funded scholarship, covering tuition fees and providing support for living expenses. The application deadline is May 31, 2025.

Eligibility Criteria
To apply, students must:
- Be a citizen of a country other than Kazakhstan.
- Hold a valid school leaving certificate (for Bachelor’s), a Bachelor’s degree (for Master’s), or a Master’s degree (for Ph.D.)
- Show English, Russian, or Kazakh language proficiency depending on the medium of instruction.
- Have a strong academic background
- Not currently enrolled in a Kazakhstani university through another scholarship
