Video conference of His Excellency Furqat A. Sidikov - Ambassador of the Republic of Uzbekistan to Pakistan with Lt. Col Khalid Taimur Akram (Retd), Executive Director, CGSS and management of CGSS

On 29th May 2020, Center for Global & Strategic Studies (CGSS), Islamabad arranged a video conference with His Excellency Furqat A. Sidikov – Ambassador of the Republic of Uzbekistan to Pakistan to discuss future avenues of collaboration between the embassy and CGSS.
The Ambassador appreciated CGSS efforts to strengthen Pakistan-Uzbekistan ties through various initiatives like the motivational art competition, “Defeating COVID-19” and by publishing articles related to Uzbekistan.
Furthermore, it is decided that CGSS and Embassy of Uzbekistan will arrange more competitions, lectures, and other activities to engage and connect the students of Uzbekistan and Pakistan.
