In-House Session by Ambassador Amjad Majid Abassi on Rohingya Muslims

On 2nd February 2017, Ambassador Amjad Majid Abassi, Former Ambassador of Pakistan to Burma, visited the CGSS office to share his experience and expert knowledge on the Rohigya Muslims issue. He chaired a session on the “Rohingya Crisis and the Situation of the Muslim Minorities”. The session was attended by the CGSS Team along with the following dignities:

1. Major General Syed Khalid Amir Jaffery, HI(M), (Retd), President CGSS
2. Brigadier Akhtar Nawaz Janjua SI(M), (Retd), Member Advisory Board
3. Brigadier Amir Yaqoob, Director Operations and Collaboration Global Think Tank Network (NUST)
4. Mr. Makhdoom Babar, Member Advisory Board

The informative session started off with a presentation where the Ambassador shared some videos of camp sites of the Rohingyan Muslims and was concluded with a discussion and question/answer session.
